Customs intercepts opium hidden in gears from Turkey
US Customs and Border Protection officers working at the DHL hub at CVG say they have intercepted 13 pounds of opium hidden in plastic gears coming in from Turkey.
Officers found the opium concealed within plastic gears coming from Turkey in a box labeled "yarn machine parts." The box contained eight small black plastic gear cylinders.
When officers x-rayed the box, the image revealed anomalies in the cylinders. Upon further inspection, officers discovered a black tarlike substance that tested positive for opium.
US Customs and Border Protection says the shipment weighed over 13 pounds and was addressed to a location in Canada. The investigation is ongoing.

It makes my life a whole lot easier.It also shaves time off of my preparation time, and out of the house then.

I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten bug spray or sunblock.Desperately trying to get four children in the car to soccer practice starts in 2 minutes, will. Now with my equipment packed adventure in the back, I always what I need.

My magic bag is the fun bag. Its a large cotton, washable tote bag. My magic bag helps me to be prepared for any thing that comes along. When the walk in the park turns into a scavenger hunt/picnic/leaf rubbing session, I’m ready.
